This seminar is aimed at giving students methodological guidance for the elaboration of the bachelor thesis.

KIP/IMI  Integrated Innovation Management
General fundamental information, system theories, processes development and the consequences, biological evolution in nature, cultural evolution of mankind. Innovation and quality - strategy for the future. Sources of innovation. Innovation practice. Psychology of creativity. Examples of innovation of human activities. Science management. The students work on an innovation professional project in a selected (scientific, engineer etc.) area.

KIP/PM  Project Management
The subject provides methodological knowledge about project management in the areas of production and banking. The definition of the project - the aims, process, product, feasibility management and organizational set-up, allocation of sources, financial evaluation, analysis of efficiency and returnability, assessment of risks, quality management. Team work, psychology.

KIP/PPSPR  Internship - Strategic Business Management
The internship objective is confrontation of the acquired theoretical knowledge with real situations in day-to-day operations, processing an analysis of the assigned problem and a suggestion for its solution. More detailed instructions are given by the supervisor.

KIP/PRO  Project - Defence
Processing of a real project based on the methodological preparation of the Certificate Programme PRISMA. Both individual and team work. The topics will be chosen according to real needs and may consist of partial scientific, engineer, entrepreneurial, banking etc. tasks. The project may be part of the dissertation.

KIP  Personality Psychology
This subject is aimed to be a supplement to the Integrated Innovation Management. Selfreflection. Personality psychology. Talent and abilities recognition. Strategy of negotiations. Managerial personalities, management and leadership, talent tests.

KIP/PST  Psychology of Team Work
This subject is a complement to the subjects KIP/PM and KIP/SM. Social and psychological abilities of a manager, strategy in team work, verbal and non-verbal communication, decisive methods and motivation.

KIP/SM  Strategic Management
The subject provides the knowledge necessary for the application of modern methods of strategic planning and management of small and large companies. The knowledge of marketing, financial management, financial management, and law is all integrated in this subject.

KIP/SMA  Strategic Management
The subject provides the knowledge necessary for the application of modern methods of strategic planning and management of small and large companies. The knowledge of marketing, financial management, financial management, and law is all integrated in this subject.

KIP/SVT  Systems of Science and Technology
The subject provides basic information about science, technology, particularly about energetical systems (sources - renewable, non-renewable, production, usage), about transportation systems, modern technologies, business and state strategy, the importance for national economy.
